Terms & Conditions — mba4d Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mba4d ("mba4d", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mba4d website at https://mba4d.cam and all associated betting, gaming, and support services offered thereon.

By completing registration, accessing your account, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided by mba4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

mba4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on mba4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which your access to and use of the Platform is lawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of mba4d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or corporate entity.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and be bound by its terms under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by mba4d or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed for cause.

Each eligible Player may open one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via separate payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

mba4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

mba4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. All Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, before deposit limits are raised, or when mba4d determines it necessary to verify identity for compliance purposes.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Identity document: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) — current and valid.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken in clear lighting.
• Payment source verification: Where applicable, evidence that the payment method used belongs to the Account holder (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mba4d may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. mba4d's compliance team reviews all submitted documents within 1 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

mba4d may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spin awards, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the following general provisions:

• Bonus offers are valid for eligible Players only, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be voided.
• mba4d reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute toward wagering requirements. Generally, slots contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Players may not withdraw real-money funds from an Account that holds an active Bonus Fund balance until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been fully satisfied, unless the Player explicitly opts to forfeit the bonus.
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any promotion — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple Accounts — will result in the immediate voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• mba4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on mba4d are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

mba4d applies a strict minimum age of 21 years. We conduct age verification checks during KYC and may request additional documentation at any time if we have reason to believe an Account is held by an individual under this age.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mba4d and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion period at mba4d or any other operator.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access any part of the Platform without express written authorization from mba4d.
• Exploiting errors, system bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Account balance.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy intended to circumvent the Platform's commercial model, particularly in conjunction with bonus offers.
• Using payment methods or bank accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Platform's content, odds data, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mba4d staff or other Players.

mba4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Accounts found engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to report relevant conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content on the mba4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is the property of mba4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of mba4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mba4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to circumstances beyond mba4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power failures, acts of god, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The content, availability, or accuracy of third-party game content supplied by licensed studios on the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if mba4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mba4d's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mba4d holds its international gaming license. mba4d operates as a Licensed and Regulated Internationally platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting under Indonesian domestic law, which remains the sole responsibility of the Player to assess.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and mba4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by mba4d's licensing authority.

The prevailing language of these Terms is English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence.
